Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StretchOut Wellness website (stretchoutwellness.com) and your booking and receipt of services from StretchOut Wellness, located at 1311 N Church Ave, Suite 109, Tampa, FL 33607 ("StretchOut Wellness," "we," "us"). By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
StretchOut Wellness provides assisted stretching, mobility, and recovery services, including the Functional Mobility Technique (FMT), myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic breathing. Our services are wellness and mobility services — they are not medical care, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any new wellness program, particularly if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant.
2. Booking and payment
Sessions are booked and paid for through Vagaro, a third-party booking platform. Your use of Vagaro is governed by Vagaro's own terms and policies. Prices displayed on this website are current at the time of publication and may change; the price shown at booking applies. Introductory offers are limited to first-time clients and one per person.
3. Cancellations and refunds
- Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice when canceling a scheduled session. If this notice is not given, you may be charged for the canceled session.
- No refunds are issued after a session concludes.
4. Session policies
- Wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move in.
- Socks must be worn during sessions to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Please arrive a few minutes early for your first session to complete your assessment.
5. Assumption of risk
Assisted stretching and mobility work involve physical contact and movement of your body. You agree to disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, and limitations before your session, and to communicate discomfort during a session immediately. Sessions should not be painful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the risks inherent in physical wellness services.
6. Website content
Content on this website — text, images, branding, and the Functional Mobility Technique name — belongs to StretchOut Wellness or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Client reviews shown on this site are genuine reviews published publicly on Google by their authors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, StretchOut Wellness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
