Services at StretchOut Wellness
Every session at StretchOut Wellness is one-on-one with Deen Ali and built from four things: assisted stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and therapeutic breathing. Together they are the Functional Mobility Technique. Which one leads depends on what your body shows on the table, and your first 60-minute visit is $70.
First visit is 60 minutes, half the usual $140. Wear athletic clothing, socks are required.

Stretch therapy
One-on-one assisted stretching with the Functional Mobility Technique. For stiffness, lost range of motion, and the feeling that your body is smaller than it used to be.
Stretch therapy in Tampa →
Myofascial release
Hands-on pressure into the fascia, the tissue that networks the whole body, for tightness that comes back days after a massage or a stretch.
Myofascial release in Tampa →
Trigger point therapy
Finding the muscle knot that is actually responsible for your neck, shoulder, hip or back pain, and releasing it while you breathe.
Trigger point therapy in Tampa →Therapeutic breathing runs through all three. Deen trains every client to breathe through the release so the stress leaves the body, and so you can do it yourself at work when the tension comes back.

Which session should I book?
I do not know which service I need. What do I book?
The Introductory Stretch, $70 for 60 minutes. It is the same first visit for everyone: Deen asks what you do and where it hurts, assesses the whole body, and does the work it needs that day, whether that leans on stretching, fascia release or a trigger point. The three service names describe what happens on the table, not separate things to book.
Is this physical therapy?
No. Deen is a Certified Functional Mobility Specialist and the creator of the Functional Mobility Technique, not a physical therapist, and sessions are not medical treatment or a diagnosis. Many clients come after physical therapy has finished, or alongside it. If you have an acute injury, a fracture, a blood clot or a diagnosis you are unsure about, bring your doctor's guidance to the first visit.
How long are sessions and what do they cost?
The first visit is 60 minutes at $70, half the usual $140. After that it is $140 for 60 minutes or $200 for the 90-minute extended reset. Myofascial release, trigger point therapy and therapeutic breathing are included in every session, never billed as extras. Prices as listed on the booking page in October 2026.
Do you take walk-ins?
Sessions are booked online through the booking page or by phone on (813) 638-5877, so Deen can give you the full hour without interruptions. Same-week slots are usual. There is a 24-hour cancellation notice.
